Propagation
These are a rhizome plant, when first adding to the tank ensure that the rhizome is not completely buried in the substrate or it will rot. To propagate the plant, simply divide the rhizome into pieces and each section will form a new plant. They do well attached to rocks or wood as well as growing on the substrate.
Difficulty
This plant is very easy to care for in the aquarium. They can tolerate a wide range of water parameters and should never need cutting back.
Short Description
This species of Anubias is slightly shorter than some of the other species but it is still a very beautiful addition to the aquarium. The leaves are a reddish-brown colouration and arch between the ribs. It will flower underneath the water surface but seeds will not be produced
